The self-caught lake fish is a common thread but we also have natural beef from the farm’s own Red Angus creature and of course vegetarian options for some meals. If you’re holding a multi-day conference here, it’s great to have a meeting around our campfires or perhaps cook a full dinner over an open fire with an experienced guide.
