For a few weeks in November and December we will be serving our special
Christmas Table feast with an array of delicacies from Bolmen and delights from
the surrounding forests.
Smoked Rainbow Trout, Eel, fermented and pickled Rainbow, Pike pâté, fried
Zander, ceviche and much more.
We have also experimented with a whole lot of different additions; Roach,
Bream, Rainbow? … no one should be left out. Taste our favourites!
As you probably figured out by now, all fish from Bolmen, Zander, Pike, Eel,
Roach and Bream are wild-caught while the Rainbow trout are reared in pens a
little further out in the lake.
As far as the dessert table is concerned, gingerbread, almond shells, saffron
pancakes and other sweets and treats we’ve gathered together.
Naturally you are welcomed with a warming glass of mulled wine or apple must
of our own recipe to set up a nice Christmas atmosphere before you celebrate at
our Christmas table.
