For a few weeks in November and December we will be serving a Christmas Table with a lot of delicacies from Bolmen and delights from the surrounding forests.
The table will be set with, of course, a lot of old classics here at Tiraholm. Smoked rainbow salmon, eel, fermented and pickled rainbow, pike paté, fried xander, ceviche and much more.
We have also experimented with a whole lot of different additions; roach, bream, rainbow ... no one has been left out. Taste our favorites!
As you probably figured out by now, all fish from Bolmen, xander, pike, eel, roach and bream are wild-caught while the rainbow salmon are grown in boxes a bit out into the lake.
As far as the dessert table is concerned, gingerbread, almond shells, saffron pancake and other sweets and treats we've gathered together.
Of course you are welcomed with a warming mulled wine or apple must of our own recipe for a nice Christmas atmosphere before you celebrate the Christmas table.
