Experience the wild-caught lake fish from net to plate. With our new experience boat, you get a wonderful trip on Bolmen with its lake archipelago. You will learn about small-scale fish farming, sustainable commercial fishing, the occasional fishing anecdote and why Bolmen has 365 islands.
We drop anchor at 8 am and chug past the fish farm and feed the rainbow trout.
Then we have a hearty breakfast ourselves before heading for the bottom nets to watch the fyke nets being weighed out from the front row. Maybe the osprey will join us?
Evenings are best spent with a delicious fish dinner and suitable drinks after a nice evening swim.
